BRITISH CITIZENSHIP

Tier 1 Investor
Tier 1 Investor Visa is designed for those who are willing to invest in the UK economy not less than £ 2,000,000.
DETAILS
Registration of a visa for the whole family.
No knowledge of English is required.
Citizenship after the 5-6th year of stay in the country.
You can stay outside the UK for up to 180 days a year.
CRITERIA
Investing through the purchase of government and corporate bonds, shares of British companies, direct investment in the business of companies registered in the UK.
Opening a bank account in the UK
If the funds in the applicant's account have been on a personal account with a bank in any country for the last three months, then the origin of the funds is not required.
The investor has no right to work as a doctor and trainer during the validity of the visa.
The applicant's minimum age is 18 years

Tier 1 entrepreneur
Tier 1 entrepreneur visa (Entrepreneur) allows you to open or become a co-owner of a business in the UK. With the successful extension of the visa you get the opportunity to apply for permanent residence and then get British citizenship.
DETAILS
The visa is granted to the entrepreneur when investing £200 000
The opportunity to share the investment amount with a business partner for £100 000
The entrepreneur visa is granted for 3 years and 4 months with extension for 2 years
Residence permit in 3-5 years
The visa is issued for a spouse and children under 18 years
Permitted time outside the UK up to 180 days per year
CRITERIA
Requires a Certificate confirming knowledge of English, level B1 CEFR
Finding invested funds in the account for more than 90 days at the time of application for a visa
Extension of the entrepreneur visa after 3 years, subject to hiring 2 employees
