Furthermore, successful applicants are permitted to bring their spouse or partner as well as any dependent children under the age of 18 to the UK.

3. English Language Proficiency: You must demonstrate competency in the English language at a minimum of CEFR Level B2, which is equivalent to IELTS 5.5 in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
4.Financial Requirements: If you are outside the UK or have been in the UK for less than 12 months, you must possess the following funds to support yourself:
£1270 for yourself
£285 for a dependent partner
£315 for the first child
£200 for each additional child
5. General Grounds for Refusal: Your application must not fall under the general grounds for refusal.
6. TB Test Certificate: If required, you must provide a valid TB test certificate.

As discussed, it is possible for an individual to operate as a director and/or investor within a UK business under Work Permit visa. Visa holders are not able to hold more than 10% of shares in the company that is sponsoring them.
